God is longing for us to ask for his help. The Bile encourages us to:
" Cast all your cares on Him because he cares about you" 1 Pet 6:7
" Ask and you will receive" Matt 7:7
But sometimes it is harrd to carry the burden alone, which is why it also says to pray for one another.
